Our Staff

Anik Wusari is the Executive Director of Indonesia for Humanity (IKA). She has dedicated her professional life to the development of the non-profit sector by supporting the strengthening of community organizations working for marginalized people’s empowerment and social transformation in Indonesia.

She started her career in 2002 as campaigner for the Multilateral Development Bank Watch at the International NGO Forum on Indonesian Development (INFID) and was a lecture in Atmajaya University on international development. Later she joined Remdec (Resources Management and Development Consultant) as staff and consultant with a focus on Philanthropy and Grant Management. She also joined for short terms the Asia Foundation and the World Population Foundation on the issue of gender based violence and sexual reproductive health and rights.

She earned her Master Degree in Development Management at the Asian Institute of Management in the Philippines on June 2001 after finishing her Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Indonesia (UI).
